We re seeking a proactive and adaptable Part-Time Technical Recruiter to support diverse hiring needs across our client portfolio. This is a full-cycle recruitment role with a strong emphasis on technical positions but also includes occasional non-technical mandates. Youll thrive here if youre comfortable sourcing independently engaging candidates cold and working in a fast-paced agency-style environment.

Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency or consulting environment. Comfortable hiring for both technical roles (e.g., developers, architects, engineers) and non-technical roles (e.g., operations, marketing, sales). Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent. Confident in using cold outreach strategies (calls, emails, etc.) to generate candidate interest. Familiar with applicant tracking systems, Boolean search, and candidate screening techniques. Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions independently in a remote setting.
