About You:
As a Front Office Agent or Night Auditor, you will oversee guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions, directly impacting guest experience. Your responsibilities include processing payments, answering calls, providing information about hotel services and local tourism, exchanging foreign currency, and resolving guest complaints. The role requires working independently during night shifts, with a focus on safety, monitoring for abnormal activity, and weather issues. If you enjoy semi-independent work, have a proactive and caring attitude, and possess a high sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you.
