Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. The BOA works with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals and provides administrative support to a financial advisor or team of multiple financial advisors.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Actively participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide administrative support: scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Assist in account management tasks including account opening, transfers, and other requests under the direction of the financial advisor

Role Requirements
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and contribute to the branch business plan.
  • Technology: Computer-literate with willingness to learn new technologies, including MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
