This full-time role demands a strategic individual capable of managing the Company's purchasing operations across the globe. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in negotiating terms with global suppliers and crafting sourcing strategies that align with its corporate objectives, ensuring that the Company benefits from competitive pricing, cost and supply chain efficiency, without compromising on quality.

**Qualifications:**
- A college diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
- Fluency in Chinese for efficient negotiations and interactions with international suppliers.
- A minimum of three years of proven hands-on experience in global procurement and supply chain management.
- Readiness for international travel to meet with suppliers, inspect operations, and ensure quality compliance, when needed.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
**Remunerations:**
- Hourly wage: $47.6 to $80.
- Employees will receive a travel subsidy for international business trips, ensuring coverage for travel-related expenses .
