The Accounts Payable team at BC Wildfire is a dedicated group of four Financial Services Clerks based in Parksville, who play a crucial role in supporting our operations. With a range of experience, they are well-trained in all tasks and collaborate closely with colleagues across the province. This team's work is essential to ensuring smooth financial operations within BC Wildfire.
The Role:
As a Financial Services Clerk at BC Wildfire, you'll be an essential part of our team, handling accounts payable and receivable, creating and reviewing financial documents, and providing vital administrative support. Your role is key in ensuring vendors are paid on time, which helps keep our operations running smoothly and maintains strong business relationships.

These temporary (auxiliary) opportunities start in approximately April 2025 and end November 1, 2025, with the possibility of recall on a yearly basis. An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
This position has full-time on-site requirements.
