What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
• Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and ensuring proper maintenance
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

• Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
• Commitment to maintaining safety precautions while working around moving parts or chemicals
