A municipal government in Windsor is looking for a dedicated Personal Computer Support Analyst to provide efficient IT support. This role involves managing desktop computing environments, troubleshooting issues for end-users, and supporting hardware and software installations across various locations. Candidates should have a diploma in Computer Science or Business Administration and possess strong problem-solving and customer service skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to contribute to community service.
Qualificações
- 3+ years experience in IT supporting end users and computers.
- Must hold a valid Class ‘G’ Driver’s Licence.
- Previous experience in helpdesk or customer service is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Support desktop computing across multiple locations.
- Install and update operating systems and PC hardware.
- Troubleshoot and assist on the Help Desk.
