Pay Details: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD

The TDS HR is a global team located in Canada, US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. As a Manager, HR Program Delivery, you will play a critical role in enabling our HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive strategic outcomes. You will lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise HR programs-ensuring delivery excellence, data-driven decision-making, and delivering on key strategic objectives. This role requires deep delivery experience with strong analytical capability, storytelling with data, and the ability to operate with influence in a complex, matrixed organization.
