A leading database company is seeking an experienced engineer to join their Clusters & Integrations teams in Toronto, Canada. This role focuses on building core infrastructure for a world-class distributed database, requiring extensive experience in C++ and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will contribute immediately to upcoming projects, lead new feature developments, and mentor junior engineers while fostering a collaborative team environment. Prestations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building distributed systems.
- Experience writing and reviewing production-level code.
- Passion for system design for large-scale distributed systems.
Responsabilités
- Understand high-level architecture of MongoDB in the first month.
- Contribute to the development of new projects within three months.
- Lead new feature development and mentor new engineers in six months.
