We are seeking a highly motivated and data‑fluent FP&A Data Analyst to be a foundational member of our growing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Dillon’s FP&A team is focused on transforming business data into strategic insights that empower our leaders to act. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and a drive to improve current methodologies to help build a scalable and effective FP&A function. This role will be instrumental in implementing new processes, refining existing models, and transitioning the team's focus from data gathering to high‑value analysis.
This is a full‑time, hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in our London office.
As a foundational member of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for reporting, automation, and business partnership while furthering strategic initiatives across the organization.
