The Associate Finance Manager - Brand Finance contributes to PepsiCo Beverages Canada’s success by acting as an integral part of the Canadian Division’s Finance team, supporting Brand Finance requirements. In addition to providing business and analytic support, this position contributes to PBC’s success by proactively monitoring business trends and identifying risks and opportunities. Responsibilities- Responsible for Brand Strat, AOP development, target setting and execution of Brand plans; Deliver business growth plans (JBPs)
- Drive for meeting key Brand targets; find and push key strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketing leadership to analyze, prepare and update periodic financials and advise on risks and opportunities
- Interpretation and development as necessary, of monthly management reports and analysis; Design and implement procedures for more efficient reporting
- Identify key business drivers and track performance against these measures
- Prepare executive presentations with high quality and insightful content and present to various stakeholders including the New Product Development (NPD) team as well as the Marketing Team
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by business partners
- Support PBC Canada’s Line Item Optimization (LIO) / SKU Rationalization Process
- Collaborate with the Pepsi Lipton Partnership, North American Coffee Partnership and Energy partners on financial analysis, innovation work, brand plans, forecasting and strategy
- Participate in brand innovation projects and manage innovation financial analysis on supported brands
- Support Finance and multifunctional teams on ad-hoc projects
