In this position, you will:

1. Manage shifts by ensuring your team has all the tools needed to succeed
2. Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment operation
3. Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to uphold Tim Hortons' high standards
4. Promote a respectful team environment through open communication and understanding
5. Manage inventory and ordering processes
