Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager and DOR in providing ongoing retail training to new and existing staff.
  • Assist with seasonal employee onboarding, hiring, orientation, and training.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct merchandise changeovers or product movements following Pursuit operating plans.
  • Focus on store operations, team member and customer engagement, and uphold Pursuit’s 4 Core Values.
  • Manage monthly budgets and forecasts by handling weekly schedules, sales targets, and adjustments based on business levels.
  • Directly supervise Retail Associates and Team Leads; conduct coaching and performance reviews as needed.
  • Perform office tasks (up to 25% of the work week) and assist the Store Manager.
  • Ensure floor is fully stocked; coordinate with the Retail Inventory Team on inventory and order suggestions.
  • Train and manage employees on all POS systems and operational tasks.
  • Handle store inventory, communicate any expired or damaged products, and plan ordering and receiving.
  • Professionally manage customer issues, train Team Leads on refunds/exchanges, and handle common customer concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Customer service and cash handling experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a high level of initiative.
  • Fluent in English; secondary language skills are an asset.
  • Ability to excel in a fast‑paced team environment.
