We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to management, colleagues, and other departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing office supplies, greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, preparing various documents, updating databases, assisting with projects, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel plans.
