Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License to operate company trucks is required.

• Travel is required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Drive the TMA for traffic control on highways and roadways.

• Check the work zone throughout shifts to ensure proper placement of traffic signs.

Job description

Job Title: Heavy Goods vehicle driver (TMA)

The Truck Mounted Attenuator Driver (TMA Driver) will complete assigned traffic control task by driving a TMA to specified locations for lane closures on Abu Dhabi highways and other roadways. TMA Driver must be constantly aware of both the construction and traffic activity taking place around them.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety PPE.
• Drive Management of Traffic (MOT) vehicle to and from project and on work site.
• Place arrow board or variable message board in work area.
• Check work zone throughout shift to be sure items are still in their proper location.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift 2025kg weight. occasionally.
• Proper work attire.
