Athletics Director - UAE, APPLY NOW, Immediate / August start

As AD, you will oversee the operations and strategic development of competitive and recreational athletic activities across campuses.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, organize, and manage competitive and recreational sports programmes from grades 6-12
• Hire, train, and mentor coaches for various sports teams
• Oversee sports budgeting, purchasing, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and health / safety policies
• Build positive school spirit and sportsmanship among students
• Collaborate with administrators on use of athletic facilities
• Engage parents and boosters to support the athletic department

Requirements to APPLY

• Bachelor's degree in sports management, physical education, or related field
• A Master’s Degree is preferred
• 3+ years experience as an Athletics Director or similar role
• Knowledge of various sports and related health / safety policies
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
