Senior Financial Accountant & Team Leader – UAE
Zusammenfassung
A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant cum Team Leader to support their financial operations across multiple countries in the Middle East. You will lead a team of accountants, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Accounting/Finance, at least 8 years of experience in multinational environments, and strong knowledge of multi-currency reporting. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, fluency in English, and may include travel.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 8 years accounting experience in multinational/global environments.
- Strong knowledge of multi-currency multi-country reporting.
- Fluent in English; willing to travel if needed.
Aufgaben
- Lead accurate booking and reconciliation of Trade/Non-Trade Payables AR.
- Manage month‑end closing ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal departments for data coordination and financial submissions.
