Key Responsibilities
- Lead international sales operations and business development for woven and block bottom bag products across target regions: North Africa and the Middle East.
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies to drive sustainable revenue expansion.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key distributors, cement producers, and packaging clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of regional sales managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization with strategic partners and customers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to advise on strategic adjustments.
- Partner with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry forums globally.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the PP woven sacks, block bottom bag, or related industrial packaging sector.
- Proven record of managing international markets, specifically in Africa and the Middle East.
- Strong network within the building materials or cement packaging segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned geographies.
Additional Details
The position reports directly to the Managing Director.
- The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development responsibility.
- Candidates with prior exposure to export-driven sales organizations or similar product segments will be prioritized.
