A leading automation solutions provider in Dubai seeks a Project Management Leader to oversee Skid Solutions' project execution. This role encompasses managing the Order to Cash cycle, driving KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture. Candidates should have a BEng in Engineering, at least 10 years of progressive project management experience, and a track record in industrial manufacturing. The job holder will lead their team in managing each Skid Solution on time design and execution mitigating risk as and when needed and targeting an overall margin uplift for each project through its execution. At the same time the incumbent will both develop and lead execution of Strategic and Tactical priorities for the department to ensure financial metrics team efficiency and customer service levels are continuously improved leveraging intelligent automation where possible. They will also champion a high‑performance customer first culture where team members feel both empowered and valued.
The role is based at Emerson Automation Solutions state‑of‑the‑art campus in Dubais Jebel Al‑Ali Freezone, United Arab Emirates.
