Description

Overview

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries etc).
  • Setting up the network and Transportation configurations (NDC) and Fulfillment experience (FX) charters across all emerging markets.
  • Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, processes and undertaking cost/speed improvement projects.
  • Working with cross functional and cross country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment.
  • Directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on these programs.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
