An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Transportation configurations that directly impact promise and fulfillment.
  • Program manage migration from legacy systems to new systems and undertake cost/speed improvement projects.
  • Work with cross-functional/country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Experience stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
