Job Description for Driver:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE roads and traffic regulations, a valid UAE driving license, and a strong customer service attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver goods to customers across assigned routes within the UAE.
• Load, transport, and deliver items in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify delivery information, such as addresses and contact details, before each delivery.
• Collect payments or obtain customer signatures as required.
• Follow company safety and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries politely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a delivery driver in the UAE (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license (Manual or Automatic as required).
• Familiarity with major UAE routes, especially in Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah.
• Good communication skills is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting packages.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of local traffic laws.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GPS and navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
