What we’re looking for
We seek an experienced Program Manager to lead large‑scale digital transformation programs on Salesforce. The role involves managing a portfolio of Salesforce projects, leading cross‑functional delivery teams, overseeing project managers, and driving stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and budget management to ensure successful program delivery across complex, multi‑cloud Salesforce engagements. The position is based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Lead high‑visibility Salesforce programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, timelines, and strategic outcomes.
- Manage, mentor, and progress the program team, overseeing work and performance.
- Identify, implement, and socialize effective processes, tools, and systems to keep the department current with project management best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads and leadership to create measurable project plans, including regular status reporting and RAID documentation.
- Oversee the execution, workflow, and resourcing of projects, and develop comprehensive resource models and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with discipline leads.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to foster cross‑training and strengthen the team's foundation.
- Co‑own the growth of accounts under supervision, develop project plans and assumptions for new business pursuits, and manage program revenue and accountability for actualized sold revenue.
- Present and commit program revenue to leadership, and make program‑level decisions based on margin and revenue data.
- Act with confidence in conversations, sharing viewpoints even when unpopular, and actively contribute to the company’s culture and quality standards.
- Provide agile project oversight for multiple projects within the program, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
- Coach and mentor scrum teams, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and maintain agile delivery artifacts such as velocity reports and burn‑down charts.
- Collaborate with clients and delivery leads to define scope, objectives, timelines, and effort estimates, and monitor program milestones to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Manage resource forecasting, budget adherence, change control, and mitigate delivery risks and issues in collaboration with internal and client teams.
- Ensure transparent, timely communication through executive‑level status reports, program dashboards, and delivery excellence across planning, execution, QA, and post‑implementation support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years agency/consultancy experience; 8–10 years on enterprise‑level projects.
- 5+ years running cross‑functional programs and a minimum of 10+ years client‑facing digital project management experience using agile methodologies.
- In‑depth understanding of project management, workflow, infrastructure, project life cycles, and management methodologies.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence and coaching/mentoring scrum teams and scrum masters.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Highly organized, proficient in managing competing priorities, and proactive in addressing risks.
- Confident communicator who engages business and IT stakeholders with clarity and influence, decisive under pressure, and skilled in problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across multiple teams.
- Mentor who builds high‑performing, collaborative delivery teams, with experience in both client‑facing delivery and internal operational management.
