Job Description

Role Summary

Manages the daily operation of a store, including accounting/budgeting, hiring, discipline and scheduling of employees, inventory stocking, promotion of sales and maintaining the appearance of the store. Typically implements merchandising, financial management, sales staff supervision and overall management at the store level under direction of region store management. Provides direction to store co-management and department management. Ensures execution of all organization policies at the store level to achieve projected store sales and profit objectives. Advises and directs department management in solving operating problems and improving department performance and conditions.

What’s on Your Plate?
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of pharmacy/beauty accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize account performance through business reviews, KPI tracking, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and vendor teams to ensure correct assortment, pricing, promotions, and service quality.
  • Monitor vendor relationships to ensure consistent service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records in tools to track vendor activities, performance, and communications.
  • Ensure Health & Beauty category growth, healthy order volumes, and the right product assortment.
  • Strong understanding of Q-commerce, CRM tools, and data analytics.
  • Solid knowledge of pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies in Health & Beauty.
