Commercial Account Manager

Adecco is hiring a Commercial Account Manager for our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.

Overall objective of the Position

The primary objective is to drive revenue and margin growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that target key markets and customers. Build strong relationships with distributors, partners and end-customers, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the local supply chain and collections teams to enhance financial performance and reduce overdue receivables.

What you will Do
  • Implement business development strategies for Surface Treatment in the Middle East
  • Manage sales in designated territories and segments across GCC countries
  • Develop and improve indirect channels, partners and distributors
  • Prepare offers and conduct market and competition analyses
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
