The Sales Account Manager for the Military LOB will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with military institutions, defense contractors, and uniformed services across the UAE. This role focuses on delivering tailored wellness solutions—including fitness equipment, digital platforms, and training programs—aligned with the operational and health goals of military personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development within military and defense sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Customize Technogym solutions for military training centers, bases, and rehabilitation units.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and wellness consultations with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Stay informed on military procurement processes and wellness trends.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in military, government, or wellness sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Science, or any related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • CRM: Proficient in Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Language: Fluent in Arabic (must), English is a strong advantage.
  • Mobility: Valid UAE driving license; willing to travel across Emirates and military sites.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with UAE military procurement and wellness initiatives.
  • Background in fitness, physiotherapy, or tactical training is a plus.
