We are seeking a creative and talented Social Media and Graphic Designer Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines creativity and strategic thinking to create visually appealing content that enhances our brand presence across social media platforms and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, graphic design principles, and the ability to create compelling content that engages our target audience.

• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy; create, curate, and manage published content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others; monitor social media accounts for engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly; analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and achieve KPIs; stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality visual content for social media, website, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials; collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns; ensure all graphics align with the brand identity and guidelines; manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content including images, videos, infographics, and animations; write compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials; collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas.
• Strategy and Planning: Assist in the development of social media content calendars and marketing plans; conduct research on industry trends, target audience, and competitors to inform content strategy; work with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content and managing multiple social media accounts.

• Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
