OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE

• Focus on community management by engaging with followers responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews.
• Assist both Social Media Manager and Content Creator in creating engaging and creative content both posts and stories for various social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Coordinate logistics for inhouse content shoots and external agencies social media campaigns including scheduling posts and managing content calendars.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools such as Sprinklr and Meta.
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Work with in house graphic designers and content creator to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Draft social media content calendars in alignment with the marketing calendars
• Prepare and schedule social media content
