• Deliver engaging and practical breadmaking and baking classes to aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
  

• Develop lesson plans demos and class materials in alignment with the course curriculum.
  

• Teach a wide range of baking techniques including:
  

  • Artisan breads
    

  • Laminated doughs (e.g. croissants Danish)
    

  • Enriched doughs (e.g. brioche)
    

  • Fermentation and sourdough techniques
    

• Monitor and evaluate students progress offering constructive feedback and mentorship.
  

• Maintain a clean professional and foodsafe learning environment.
  

• Stay updated on global baking trends and bring innovative techniques into the classroom.
  

• Professional baking experience preferably in artisan or highvolume baking operations.
  

• Prior experience in training mentoring or culinary instruction is highly valued.
  

• A culinary degree or baking/patisserie certification (e.g. City & Guilds ICCA or equivalent) is preferred.
  

• Excellent communication skills with an encouraging and approachable teaching style.
  

• Passionate about bread baking science and empowering new talent.
  

• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi working 5 days per week onsite.
