Job Title - Senior Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will lead and drive the marketing strategy for our metals manufacturing business, shaping brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion. This role requires a strategic, data-driven mindset, excellent campaign leadership, and deep understanding of industrial markets. You will own the marketing roadmap, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment between sales, product, and operations to elevate brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new products, services, and market segments.
- Define target customer segments, value propositions, and positioning in the metals manufacturing space.
Demand Generation & Lead Management
- Launch integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital, events, and traditional channels.
- Drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion through inbound and outbound tactics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales targets and pipeline goals.
Brand Building & Communications
- Develop and manage brand-building initiatives to establish credibility and thought leadership in the metals industry.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including press, website content, whitepapers, case studies, and customer testimonials.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and channels.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality content brochures, videos, spec sheets, blogs, and web assets.
- Optimize content based on performance insights and customer journey analysis.
Events, Trade Shows & Partnerships
- Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Develop strategic partnerships with trade associations, key customers, and influencers.
- Lead the coordination, budgeting, and resource planning for marketing events.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide actionable insights on customer behavior, product demand, and market positioning.
- Work with product and sales teams to identify market opportunities and respond to competitive threats.
Performance Measurement & Analytics
- Establish and monitor marketing KPIs: lead generation, conversion rate, ROI, brand awareness metrics.
- Use analytics tools and dashboards to measure campaign performance and guide optimization.
- Report regularly on marketing impact and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
Budget & Resource Management
- Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
- Allocate budget across campaigns, initiatives, and channels to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate and manage external agencies, vendors, and contractors when required.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 812 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in manufacturing, metals, or industrial sectors.
- Proven success in leading B2B marketing strategies and driving demand generation.
- Strong digital marketing experience, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
- Experience executing trade shows, industry partnerships, and events.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling ability.
- Strategic mindset with project management experience.
