• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
