Job Title - Graphics Designer
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphics Designer to support our automotive after-market spare parts business. The successful candidate will design compelling visual assets for digital and print, help maintain brand continuity, and support marketing campaigns across our product portfolio in the auto‑parts industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visuals for marketing materials: brochures, catalogs, product sheets, banners, email campaigns, social media graphics and exhibition signage.
- Design product‑packaging graphics, labels, infographics, technical sheets and other collateral aligned with the brands identity and automotive spare‑parts market needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product and sales teams to understand product features, target audiences and campaign objectives; translate these into strong visual storytelling.
- Maintain and update the companys brand style‑guide: ensure consistency of fonts, colours, icons, imagery and overall visual language across all assets.
- Prepare artwork files for print and digital use: liaise with print vendors, ensure correct formats, colour‑profiles, bleed/margin standards and accurate output.
- Optimize graphics for web and mobile: ensure sizing, file‑weight, format suitability, fast loading and visual clarity on online platforms.
- Conduct photo‑editing and retouching of product imagery: adjust lighting, remove background, prepare cut‑outs, apply branding overlays and maintain image library.
- Assist in creative ideation for campaigns, product launches and trade shows: propose visual concepts, moodboards and layouts.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously: maintain version control, organise asset libraries, adhere to deadlines and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with design trends, automotive packaging and marketing best practices, and bring fresh ideas to visual execution in the spare‑parts sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 24 years experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the automotive spare‑parts industry, after‑market parts or related technical/manufacturing business.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with preparing print‑ready files + digital assets.
- Experience designing for both print and web/digital channels; understanding of colour‑profiles (CMYK/RGB), bleed, DPI, responsive layouts.
- Good photography/photo‑editing skills including product cut‑outs, retouching, background removal and exposure/colour correction.
- Creative portfolio showcasing work such as brochures, product sheets, packaging, digital banners or brand‑collateral is required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: able to work with product, marketing and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver accordingly.
- Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
