The Wedding Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to both B2B clients (vendors) and couples utilizing Wedded Wonderland's concierge services. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for weddings and a knack for creating personalized experiences. The Wedding Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding couples through the planning process and connecting them with relevant vendors and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Concierge Service for Couples:
Respond to concierge inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand couples' needs, preferences, and budget.
Curate personalized vendor recommendations based on specific criteria.
Provide expert guidance on wedding planning timelines, etiquette, and trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for the Wedded Network.
Onboard new vendors and ensure their profiles are up-to-date for the Wedded Network.
Promote vendor services to couples.
Address vendor inquiries and resolve any issues.
Stay informed about new vendor offerings and industry trends.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Assist with the development and maintenance of concierge resources and materials.
Contribute to the Wedded Wonderland blog and social media channels.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing tea

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the wedding industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Passion for weddings and a genuine desire to help couples create their dream day.
A strong network of wedding industry contacts is a plus.
Previous experience as a wedding planner, designer or similar is desired
