Spartan is looking for a creative and organised freelance Social Media Executive to support the brand's growing digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a keen eye for trends and is confident creating content that connects with audiences.

You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to help manage day‑to‑day posting, create engaging content and keep our community active and engaged across platforms.

Requirements

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging short‑form video and visual content that reflects Spartan’s tone, style and energy. You should be fast plugged into trends and able to turn around high‑quality content with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Film and edit short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
  • Write captions, post content and manage the publishing schedule.
  • Actively manage community interactions (DMs, comments, tags, etc.).
  • Monitor trends and suggest new creative ideas regularly.
  • Track performance and report key metrics to the team.
  • Maintain a consistent visual and brand tone across all output.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a social media or content role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar tools).
  • Solid communication, time management and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and able to work independently.
