I'm working with an exciting Dubai-based digital agency that’s making waves in the hospitality and entertainment space — think trendy restaurants, nightlife venues, boutique hotels, and lifestyle brands. They’re on the hunt for a talented Social Media Account Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows what performs online, and can handle multiple hospitality accounts with style. You’ll manage everything from strategy to execution — building calendars, briefing content teams, reporting on performance, and being the go-to for your clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning the social media strategy and day-to-day management for multiple hospitality/entertainment clients
• Creating and managing detailed content calendars
• Briefing photographers, videographers, and designers for social-first content
• Analyzing performance and producing actionable monthly reports
• Staying ahead of social trends, particularly in the hospitality and lifestyle space
• Acting as the key client contact for all things social

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of social media experience, preferably in an agency setting
• A solid track record working with hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or entertainment brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Confident communicator with great client handling skills
• Aesthetically driven with a good eye for content and branding
• Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
