Performance Marketing Specialist - Social Media (Bilingual English & Arabic)
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to drive and manage our social media marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to achieve performance goals (e.g., ROAS, CPA, conversions).
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics (clicks, impressions, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), analyze campaign data and provide insights for improvement.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop, test, and optimize audience targeting strategies, including demographic, interest-based, and behavior-based targeting.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the advertising budget effectively across campaigns to maximize performance.
- Creative Optimization: Work closely with the creative team to develop, test, and optimize ad creatives (copy, imagery, videos) for better engagement and conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to continuously improve and adapt strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team (SEO, content, CRM) to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement to stakeholders and management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads; experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and effective ad content.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and reporting to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in managing budgets, audience segments, and performance tracking.
