Job Purpose

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence across all platforms through engaging, culturally relevant Arabic content.

The role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and social media strategy execution to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and online reputation within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce exceptional Arabic content that reflects GCC cultural relevance, local trends, and audience expectations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
  • Create, edit, and publish compelling content including posts, captions, scripts, videos, reels, stories, and other platform‑specific formats.
  • Monitor daily social media activity, actively engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster strong online relationships with customers and communities.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to the GCC market.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and communication standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent writing and content creation skills; strong command of English is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (experience within the GCC region is preferred).
  • Hands‑on experience managing major social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Basic skills in photo/video editing tools and social media management platforms.
  • Strong Arabic storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Creativity and a strong sense of visual and content trends.
  • Community management and customer engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines effectively.
