As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for designing and executing our sales strategy, managing the sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to align efforts and maximize impact.

• Own the overall sales strategy and revenue growth plan
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine our sales approach
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align on GTM initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Proven experience (8+ years) in B2B/B2C sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
