Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Sales and Leasing Consultants.
- Direct and motivate the Sales & Leasing Consultants, providing leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth aligned with company vision and objectives.
- Oversee the performance of the Sales & Leasing Consultants, ensuring team members meet their targets.
- Set and review targets in collaboration with the Managing Director/Managing Partner, motivating the team to achieve these goals.
- Develop and coordinate action plans to generate sales leads and explore new markets.
- Gather current information on competitors and the property industry.
- Build and maintain good client relations.
- Address client issues and queries promptly.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all pricing, sales, and activity reports by the sales team.
- Prepare manuals and oversee the implementation of processes, procedures, and standards for the Sales & Leasing Consultants.
- Coordinate payments and commissions for all stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and sales consultants.
- Identify staff training and development needs and recommend appropriate courses to enhance performance.
- Maintain an accurate listing of all properties.
- Regularly update Prop space with client and property information.
- Review and sign all tenancy and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy.
- Organize and supervise administrative and office activities for smooth operations.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all office visitors.
- Conduct weekly team meetings.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws, economic factors, mortgage options, financing, and government programs.
- Recruit Sales and Leasing Consultants as needed.
