• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Well-organized with good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure
• Proactive, creative, and innovative thinking
• Independent, responsible, with entrepreneurial spirit
• Graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage
