Job Title: Account Manager / Sales

We at Aspire Middle East are hiring an Account Manager for a leading creative events agency based in Dubai.

This Account Manager role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and client servicing within the events, exhibitions industry


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitching event solutions to corporate clients, agencies, and brands.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and run sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Proposal & Pitching: Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies to win client contracts.

RFP & Tender Submissions: Lead the preparation of proposals for competitive RFPs and tender submissions.

Market Research & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to position the company competitively.

Negotiation & Contract Management: Close deals, negotiate pricing, and manage contract terms to ensure profitable partnerships.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution aligned with client expectations.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate reports, and provide regular updates on pipeline progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing industry.

Experienced in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong networking skills and established relationships within the UAE market.

Experience working on RFPs, proposals, and pitch presentations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a busy, on-time environment.

Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of event logistics, operations, and production processes.

Strong understanding of digital and experiential marketing trends.
