- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in wheat flour or related food commodities within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the local food market and established client network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own car and valid UAE driving license required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and engage new customers including bakeries and wholesalers.
- Use local market expertise to analyze trends and demand.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline and prepare forecasts and reports.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
