Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in wheat flour or related food commodities within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the local food market and established client network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Own car and valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and engage new customers including bakeries and wholesalers.
  • Use local market expertise to analyze trends and demand.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and prepare forecasts and reports.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and market expansion.
  • Identify and engage new customers, including bakeries, hotels, food manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Use your local market expertise to analyze trends, demand, and competition to stay ahead.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
