As aService Manager at Wall Street English, you will be responsiblefor the overall delivery of the educational experience and serviceexcellence within your center. You will lead a multiculturalservice team of teachers and coaches to ensure a consistent,premium learning journey for students while guaranteeingmeasurable learning outcomes and high satisfaction levels.
Youwill oversee daily service operations, mentor and develop theservice team, and work closely with the Center Director and SalesTeam to ensure strong alignment between student experience,educational success, and internal sales objectives.
