We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Cordinator to join our dynamic trading and supplies team. The ideal candidate will support sourcing, procurement, and sales activities within the building, construction and oil field sector in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with traders, suppliers, and end-users for competitive pricing and quality materials.
• Float market enquiries
• Build and maintain a strong network of traders and suppliers.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders, and settlements efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and Word.
• Utilize Zoho Books for documentation and accounting tasks

Skills

• Demonstrated track record of 0 to 2 years in sales/sourcing of building and construction materials in the UAE market. [Freshers also welcome]
• Proficiency in MS Tools - Excel and Word [MUST]
• Knowledge of Zoho Books [Preferred]
• Ability to float market enquires and to negotiate better deals.
• Ability to engage with traders, end users, MEP companies, and contracting firms to finalize deals and settlements.
• Should have strong network of trader and supplier
• Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Arabic language
• Preference for executives with spouse/freelance visa.
