Job summary
A real estate company in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to oversee sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate in the UAE, be fluent in Hindi, and have a valid UAE Driving License. This role involves managing a team, conducting market research, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Immediate availability for interview and joining is required.
Qualifications
- 2 years of UAE experience in real estate, preferably as a team leader.
- Must be fluent in Hindi.
- Should hold a valid UAE Driving License.
Responsibilities
- Reports to Sales & Marketing Manager / GM for daily tasks.
- Coordinate and motivate sales and marketing functions.
- Implement processes and tools to maximize productivity.
- Conduct market research to advise the real estate development team.
- Help to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Supervise the development of marketing materials.
- Work towards achieving sales targets.
