Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Dubai real estate.
• Valid RERA certification (or in process).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to close deals.
• Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Handle buyer, seller, landlord, and investor inquiries professionally.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals through to closure.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide accurate market insights and pricing advice.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English

Experience with Bayut / Property Finder leads

Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese)

Education

Valid RERA certification (or in process)
