Job summary

A leading construction company in the UAE is seeking a Sales Consultant to convert marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of direct real estate sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as CRM and MS Office knowledge. Responsibilities include handling leads, conducting site visits, understanding customer needs, and negotiating sales. A valid driver's license is required, and the candidate must be willing to work weekends.
