Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in Dubai real estate.
  • Valid RERA certification (or in process).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage.

We are looking for an Experienced Property Consultant with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, capable of handling buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors with confidence and professionalism.

This role is suited for agents who are hungry, disciplined, and target-oriented, and who understand that success in real estate comes from systems, follow-ups, and consistency.

Sales & Client Advisory
  • Handle buyer, seller, landlord, and investor inquiries professionally
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals through to closure
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide accurate market insights and pricing advice
Inventory & Listings
  • Source listings (including exclusive and pocket listings)
  • Ensure listings meet portal standards (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
  • Maintain high-quality descriptions, pricing, and photo compliance
Lead Management
  • Respond to leads promptly (calls, WhatsApp, portal inquiries)
  • Log and manage all leads and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Maintain structured follow-up pipelines
Market & Area Expertise
  • Specialize in assigned communities and buildings
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and demand
  • Work towards Top Agent & TruBroker performance standards
Skills
Mandatory
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in Dubai real estate
  • Valid RERA certification (or in process)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage
Preferred
  • Experience with Bayut / Property Finder leads
