- Advise clients on property values, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
- Conduct property viewings and presentations with prospective buyers and investors
- Negotiate offers and close property sales to achieve and exceed targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and company listings
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies throughout the sales process
